The service

Tiltima validates e-invoice XML against official OpenPeppol rules and converts invoice data into Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (UBL 2.1) XML. XML generation is deterministic and based on the data you provide. The public validator is free; conversion and extraction consume credits.

Tiltima is a technical tool. Whether an invoice is finally accepted is decided by the receiving system or tax authority, not by us. You are responsible for checking the output before you submit it.

Credits and plans

• Manual conversion costs 1 credit; PDF/Excel extraction plus generation costs 2 credits.
• Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Solo and Business are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and grant a monthly credit allowance.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops renewing at the end of the paid period. Credits already used are not refundable.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU, digital services carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because credits are usable immediately, when you start using a purchased credit you ask us to begin performance at once and accept that the right of withdrawal is lost for the part already used. Any unused portion can still be refunded within the 14-day period.

Acceptable use and liability

Use the service lawfully and only for invoice data you are entitled to process. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for an invoice being rejected by a third-party system. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of establishment. We may update them; continued use after a change means you accept the new version. The date above shows the last change.
