Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Tiltima collects, why, who processes it, and the rights you have. Tiltima is an e-invoice validation and conversion tool operated by Švaros Banga, MB.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Švaros Banga, MB, Taikos pr. 13-69, LT-91135 Klaipėda, Lietuva, registration code 307021007, VAT LT100017366613. For any privacy request, contact audrius.statkevicius@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Email address — when you submit it to receive a validation report or reminders (basis: your consent), or when you create an account (basis: performance of our contract with you).
  • Account and company details you enter — company name, code and VAT number used to build your invoices and run your account (basis: performance of contract).
  • Invoice documents you upload (PDF/Excel) or data you type — processed only to extract fields and generate or validate the XML you asked for.
  • Payment data — handled by Stripe; we receive only the confirmation and the plan/credits you bought, never your full card number (basis: contract and our legal accounting obligations).
  • Basic technical logs needed to run the service securely (no invoice file contents are logged).

Processors we use

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Tiltima, each under a data-processing agreement:

  • Supabase (EU region) — authentication, database and storage of your account and leads.
  • Vercel — application hosting (EU, Frankfurt region).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — sending transactional and report emails.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — extracting invoice fields from documents you upload. The document content is transmitted to Anthropic solely for that extraction and is not used to train models.

How long we keep it

Lead emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists and for any period we are legally required to keep billing records. Uploaded documents are processed for extraction and are not used for any other purpose; ask us and we will remove copies we hold.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing; where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Send any request to audrius.statkevicius@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.

Note

Tiltima is a technical tool, not legal or tax advice. This policy may be updated; the date above shows the last change.
