An identifier is declared as a GLN (schemeID 0088) but its format breaks the GS1 rules: it must be 13 digits with a correct check digit.
How to fix it
Check the GLN: exactly 13 digits, the last being the GS1 check digit. If it is not a GLN, use a suitable EAS scheme (e.g. your country VAT-number scheme).
