A Peppol Germany national rule (DE-R-*) – applies when the invoice is sent over the Peppol network to a receiver in Germany.
What this error means
DE-R-025-2
When both seller and buyer are located in Germany and the payment means is direct debit (BT-81: 59), the credit transfer (BG-17) and card (BG-18) groups must not be provided.
How to fix it
Remove cac:PayeeFinancialAccount and cac:CardAccount from cac:PaymentMeans.
