A Peppol Germany national rule (DE-R-*) – applies when the invoice is sent over the Peppol network to a receiver in Germany.

DE-R-023-1
When both seller and buyer are located in Germany and the payment means is credit transfer (BT-81: 30 or 58), the credit transfer group (BG-17) must be provided.
How to fix it
In cac:PaymentMeans add cac:PayeeFinancialAccount with an IBAN (cbc:ID).
