For a standard VAT rate, the taxable amount in the VAT breakdown does not match the sum of line amounts (± document-level allowances/charges) taxed at that rate.
How to fix it
For each standard rate, sum the net amounts of all lines with that rate (± document-level allowances/charges) and put it into the breakdown's TaxableAmount.
